Shipping policy

Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via standard ground shipping and will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Customers will be able to view the shipping fee at the time of checkout before making a payment.

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping: Swag Epic Apparel ships to select international destinations. International shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their respective country.

Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the customer's email once the order has been shipped. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of their order.

Damaged or Lost Package: Swag Epic Apparel is not responsible for damaged or lost packages during shipping. If a customer receives a damaged or lost package, they should contact the shipping carrier for resolution.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Swag Epic Apparel will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
